Dopey Ref Laying Down the Law Cartoon by Julian Carosi
I created the  interactive files so that they can be used on any PC that has Windows Explorer (in other words on nearly every PC and laptop). All you need to do is to download this single WinZip, extract the files and instructions, and put them all in one directory folder on your PC or laptop. In fact, they can all be loaded onto a floppy disk, so you could load (and use) them there, but they work better on a hard drive. If you don't have WinZip (most PCs do) then I can email you the files. Just place them in one directory and then double click any of the .htm files to start it off! Let me know if you have any problems. And I hope that they prove useful to you. Please let me have any comments that you may have. Julian Carosi WebMaster
